Made Right. Made for More. Made to Maximize.
Maderite Advocacy Agency
Representation that acts like an advocate, not a broker. We serve athletes so they can become who they were created to be, on the court and off it.

The advocate model
Most agencies exist to negotiate. This one mentors, develops and represents, because an athlete is not a contract. The name comes from the Advocate himself (John 14:26).
Spiritual mentorship
Monthly mentorship, life planning and goal setting, and a community of athletes walking the same way.
Player development
Skills training resources, film breakdown, mental performance coaching and leadership training.
NIL representation
Deal sourcing, brand partnership negotiation, contract review and personal brand strategy, handled with integrity.
Where we begin
We are starting with women’s NIL: athletes navigating a new market that needs advocates more than brokers. The model does not stop there — we work with athletes across sports, and with businesses that want the same development and mindset coaching.
How we choose
Faith-centered athletes, chosen deliberately rather than recruited at volume. The goal is to protect long-term interests, not to maximize short-term deal flow.
