“I wanted to thank you so much for this opportunity. My kids have enjoyed it and feel they’ve improved tremendously, and I love that they have a great role model like you to look up to.”
“It’s been so great for them. Thank you for everything. They have been stretched and are not only better men off the court, but players on the court.”

Meet the founder
Nolan Mader
He played guard at Indiana Wesleyan, an NAIA national power, and left it an NAIA Scholar-Athlete. Spent two seasons on staff at Baylor as a Graduate Assistant, where the standard was a national championship. Currently an assistant coach at Bethel University, developing players and building a program.
That is the "résumé". The reason it matters is smaller and less tidy: the lessons, the slump, the temptation to transfer, learning to serve a team when it would have been easier to leave. He trains athletes through the part he has already been through.
Elite skills. Deeper roots.
What this is built on
Values
Our mission is to serve as true advocates for athletes, helping them grow in every area of life so they can reach their full potential and become who they were created to be: the truest version of themselves.
- Wholehearted (Matthew 6:33)
- We put first things first: in training, in the gym, and in life.
- Commitment to Excellence (Proverbs 22:29)
- Skilled, diligent work is worth doing for its own sake.
- Spirit-Led (Romans 8:14)
- We move at the pace of conviction, not ambition.
- Identity in Righteousness (2 Corinthians 5:21)
- Who you are is not decided by how you played tonight.
“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.”
